**Summary** The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing and sales teams with trade show coordination, travel arrangements, budget tracking, public relations activities, CRM administration, and general marketing operations. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and support a variety of marketing initiatives, including event planning, lead management, and administrative functions. **Primary Responsibilities** *Documentation \& Compliance* * Review and process NDAs and confidential documents * Promote consistent documentation and record retention practices * Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information *Travel \& Visitor Coordination* * Manage flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries for domestic and international visitors, including teams visiting from overseas * Coordinate schedules and logistics for customer meetings, training events, and corporate visitor programs *CRM \& Lead Management* * Manage trade show and marketing leads within NetSuite and Zoho CRM and other marketing databases * Import, update, clean, and maintain lead and contact records * Organize lead assignment and follow\-up tracking * Generate CRM reports and mar...
