The Associate Director Rehabilitation Services provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for rehabilitation services at VCU Medical Center (VCUMC). This role is responsible for oversight of rehabilitation therapy services, ensuring high\-quality, compliant, and efficient care delivery that supports patient functional recovery and progression through the therapy plan of care. The Associate Director works closely with rehabilitation managers, providers, nursing leadership, care coordination, revenue cycle, quality, and hospital leadership to align rehabilitation services with VCUMC operational priorities.
