**Chief Operating Officer (COO)** Unity Care Group**Department:** Administration **Reports To:** Chief Executive Officer (CEO) **FLSA Status:** Exempt**Salary Range:** $150,000 \- $175,000 **Position Summary** Unity Care Group is seeking a strategic, mission\-driven, and operationally strong Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide executive leadership and oversight across the agency’s programs, operations, and administrative functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and help advance Unity Care’s integrated model of Housing, Education, Employment, Well\-Being, and Unconditional Care. The COO will oversee day\-to\-day agency operations, strengthen organizational systems, ensure operational excellence, support financial sustainability, and help drive strategic growth across behavioral health, housing, foster care, and supportive services programs throughout the Bay Area.
