**Project Supervisor – Rural Diabetes Workforce Integration and Sustainability Initiative** **Michigan Community Health Worker Alliance (MiCHWA)** **Full\-time \| Grant\-funded, time\-limited position** * **Salary:** $65,000 annually * **Current Funding Period:** Through September 30, 2027 * **Work Location:** Primarily remote within Michigan * **Michigan Residency:** Required * **Travel:** Regular travel throughout Branch, Hillsdale, St. Joseph, Cass, and Van Buren counties, with additional Michigan travel as needed **This is a full\-time, grant\-funded position currently funded through September 30, 2027\.
