Description

We’re looking for an experienced remodeler who can lead the field execution of assigned residential projects. This is a hands\-on role for someone who can produce skilled work, guide other team members, communicate with homeowners, and keep a project moving. Our Remodeling Coordinator prepares the scheduling and logistics. Once a project is active, the Remodeling Project Manager then takes ownership of day\-to\-day work at the jobsite and serves as the homeowner’s primary field contact. What you’ll do * Review the scope, plans, materials, and schedule before work begins. * Perform skilled remodeling work while sequencing tasks and guiding technicians. * Communicate progress, questions, and upcoming work to the homeowner. * Identify unforeseen conditions, material needs, and potential changes before work proceeds outside the approved scope. * Coordinate field needs with the Remodeling Coordinator. * Own jobsite protection, quality checks, documentation, punch\-list work, and professional closeout.
