We are seeking an experienced **CPA with strong individual and business income tax experience** to manage a small, established accounting office. This position is ideal for a CPA who enjoys working directly with clients, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and taking responsibility for the day\-to\-day operation of an office without the bureaucracy of a large firm. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns * Handle complex tax situations and provide tax planning * Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact * Review work prepared by other staff * Manage workflow, deadlines, and priorities within the office * Assist and supervise accounting and administrative staff * Respond to IRS, state, and local tax notices * Help maintain a high level of client service throughout the year **Qualifications** * Active CPA license preferred * Strong income tax preparation and review experience * Experience with Forms 1040, 1120S, 1065, and 1120 * Ability to work independently and make sound tax decisions * Strong organizational and client communication skills * Previous supervisory or office\-management experience is helpful but n...
