**Registered Nurse Assessment and Referral (RN)** **SHIFT: 1 RN M\-F Nights 1030P \- 7A** **JOB DUTIES** Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas is looking for an Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN). This position is very imperative to our success at Rivendell. * The position requires one to handle a multitude of situations and patient populations, as well as being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with referral sources. * The Admissions and Referral Registered Nurse (RN) renders professional nursing care to patients within the assessment and admission process. * Practices ongoing patient assessment through observation of physical and behavioral symptomatology. Documents all data accurately in a timely manner. * Participates in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implements plan according to hospital policy. * Communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed. Encompasses responsibilities delegated to A \& R representatives as regularly needed.
