**Job Title:** Affidavit Specialist – Client Services **Department:** Operations **Salary:** $47,000\-$50,000 **Benefits –** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, ESOP **Job Description:** Velocity Investments is a specialized financial services firm that focuses on acquiring and managing distressed receivables. We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Affidavit Specialist to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing legal documents, ensuring compliance, and supporting our Attorney Management team. This position is in office with the potential to become a hybrid 1 day work from home 4 in office, after a successful probationary period. The schedule is Monday\-Friday 8:30 AM\-5PM EST with a one\-hour unpaid lunch. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review incoming attorney Affidavit requests for accuracy and completeness. * Approve, sign, or reject affidavits and return them as necessary. * Log, scan, and track approved and signed affidavits. * Collaborate with the Attorney Management team to ensure compliance and fulfillment of affidavit requests. * Gain comprehensive knowledge of all documentation related to Velocity products. * Stay inf...
