**Build and own logistics at Planture US.** Planture is looking for a hands\-on Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of logistics for our US office. You’ll be the first person in this role, with the opportunity to shape how the function works and build a strong domestic logistics network as our business grows and have close connections with our HQ office in Amsterdam. This is a role for someone who enjoys keeping shipments moving, staying on top of contracts and schedules, and stepping in when plans change. Logistics can be unpredictable, so you’ll need to be comfortable solving problems quickly while keeping customers and colleagues informed. **What you’ll do** * Coordinate imports through our customer broker, including customs clearance, drayage and delivery to external warehouses. * Coordinate outbound shipments from our warehouses to customers. * Organize, monitor and administratively process import orders. * Track delivery schedules, transport status and logistics positions, and act quickly when something is delayed or at risk. * Manage logistics contracts and service agreements, keeping terms, rates and performance under review. * Stay in regular contact with brokers, carr...
