**The annual base salary starts at $92,000, with additional pay for relevant experience. Four\-day work week with 80% of work time devoted to direct patient care and remaining 20% for program development, education, mentorship.** **Compensation** LBJI offers a competitive compensation program designed to recognize each therapist’s experience, clinical expertise, and professional contributions. Therapists with active board certifications in approved specialty areas receive an additional $5,000 annually for each certification.
