**Operations Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing** **Location:** Tampa, FL **Salary:** **$120,000–$160,000 per year** **Employment Type:** Full\-Time \| Direct Hire \| On\-Site **About the Role** A precision aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead daily manufacturing operations. This role owns performance across **safety, quality, delivery, cost, staffing, capacity, and continuous improvement** within an AS9100\-regulated environment. **What You’ll Do** * Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. * Oversee production scheduling, staffing, capacity, and workflow. * Lead and develop supervisors and team leads. * Drive improvements in OTD, productivity, scrap, and labor efficiency. * Ensure compliance with **AS9100** and customer requirements. * Lead Lean manufacturing and process\-improvement initiatives. * Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR. * Develop and track operational KPIs and performance metrics. * Strengthen training, accountability, and workforce development. * Support customer and regulatory audits as needed. **Required Experience** * **5\+ years of manufacturing leadership experien...
