**Position Summary** This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the deployment, tracking and delivery of equipment and assets to industrial, chemical, and refining facilities. **Functional Responsibilities** · Coordinate daily transportation needs with project managers to prioritize project schedules. · Plan, schedule and dispatch heavy haul trucks and drivers for the movement of Turn2 company equipment based on customer contract and project requirements. · Evaluate load dimensions, weight restrictions, permits and road conditions and develop efficient route for transportation. · Ensure equipment is prepared for transport and appropriate paperwork is complete. · Coordinate and schedule internal drivers and/or third\-party transportation to ensure safe and timely delivery or pick up of equipment. · Ensure DOT compliance of all trucks and trailers, vehicle inspections, and regulatory compliance. · Ensure DOT driver compliance, including Hours of Service (HOS). · Maintain contact with drivers and project managers to ensure equipment is delivered to expectations. · Troubleshoot and resolve transportation issues, delays, breakdowns, route changes, etc. · Maintain accur...
