Position Summary Perform clinical support services, assist with secretarial/clerical duties and maintain patient care documentation in medical records. Minimum Requirements American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification HS graduate or equivalent required. One to two years of formal medical assistant/nurse aide training or six months current full time experience in a clinical setting as a Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or CNA preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider status is required upon hire Pay Range $20\.00 \- $22\.86Starting pay in the Outer Banks Hospital/Outer Banks Medical Group market may be higher to reflect local market competitiveness. Other Information Part time with benefits \- 20 hours per week **Day shift:** shifts will be between Monday \- Friday, 7am\-5:30pm No weekends, holidays or on call.
