**Company:** Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. **Position Title:** Staff Accountant **Department:** Accounting \& Finance **Reports To:** Senior Vice President of Accounting \& Finance **Supervises:** N/A **Classification:** Full Time, Salary **Pay Range:** $65,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00/annually (dependent upon experience) **Job Responsibilities** *OKC Fair Park (Year\-Round Events)* * Enter daily cash/check/credit card receipts into cash receipts database and assemble receipt batches. * Process manual credit card payment transactions online. * Prepare daily physical bank deposits, transmit daily electronic check deposits and order banking supplies. * Order/schedule delivery of change fund money from banks, as needed, and prepare related journal entries. * Generate NSF check correspondence and collections upon receipt of NSF check notices from banks (including notification and suspension activities). * Process payments for OKC Fair Park event service orders for wired DSL/telephone lines and coordinate installation of services ordered with Fair Park Facilities/Maintenance. * Track daily ticket sales by event using Etix ticketing system including daily/weekly ticket sales reports, weekly settle...
