Location(s): Springfield, TN, US, 37172 Function: Manufacturing Audience: Hourly Work Arrangement: On Site Requisition ID: 70591 **Job Title: T\&D Coordinator** **Reports to**: HR Leader **Location**: Springfield, TN **Pay Rate**: $23\-$26/hr based on experience **Hours**: Monday through Thursday 6am\-4:30pm; must be able to adjust schedule or support alternate shifts as needed to meet training needs, with leader approval. OT as needed **Sign****\-****On Bonus:** $1,000 to be paid out as follows * $500 at 90 days * $500 at 180 days **PURPOSE OF THE JOB** The T\&D Coordinator supports the plant by coordinating, maintaining, and continuously improving the Training \& Development system.
