**Position Title:** Financial Controller **FLSA Status:** Exempt **About Citrus Counseling Services (CCS)** CCS is a registered nonprofit organization that has provided comprehensive mental health services to our community since 1978\. We specialize in programs serving young children, at\-risk youth, and victims of crime, as well as individual, couples, and family counseling. Our mission is to empower people to heal, grow, and thrive through compassionate care. **Position Summary** The Financial Controller reports directly to the CEO and serves as a member of the Leadership Team. This position provides strategic financial leadership and oversees the organization’s accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and revenue recognition.
