**Position Summary** The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the physical processing of inventory while helping coordinate daily floor tasks, keeping the warehouse moving efficiently through hands\-on picking, packing, and sorting, alongside occasional forklift operation, and inventory of products, ensuring procedures are followed and customer requirements are met, and the security of the warehouse and the supervision of personnel. **Schedule:** Early Morning Schedule; 6 hours a day; 3 Days One Week/4 Days Next Week with rotating weekends. Schedule may update as operationally needed. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with planning and scheduling of all distribution services including sorting, retrieving, maintaining inventory and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner. * Participate in the selection of temp employees and testing operator skillset if needed by following Company guidelines. * You will organize incoming parcel shipments into their correct destination bins according to digital scanner instructions. * You will keep the floor associates moving efficiently, resolve minor scanning or sorting issues, and ensure the work are...
