This role directs the evaluation, engineering design, and implementation of large, complex, build\-to\-suit data center technical solutions across construction\-based programs, with primary emphasis on Hyperscale accounts. The role carries lead responsibility for opportunities originating from RFPs/RFIs and direct client engagement, partnering closely with the EVP of Sales and collaborating cross\-functionally with Engineering, Product Delivery, Construction, Operations, and Marketing to produce technically rigorous, accurate, and commercially compelling proposals.
