The Entry Design \& Product Engineer (Software) uses established procedures to perform a variety of engineering work related to designing and developing computer software in conjunction with product development. This position knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures required to design and develop software and works on projects/matters of limited complexity. This role has a fundamental understanding of equipment requirements along with business and customer requirements that drive the design of the technical solution and participates in all phases of product development life\-cycle, including concept and prototype analysis, design, production launch, sustaining production, and end\-of\-life support of designed equipment, as well as the support of complementary engineering staff for application configuration and startup support. * Analyzes project requirements and assists with coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software.
