**Job Description** – Oversee roofing crews ensuring top\-quality workmanship while upholding rigorous safety standards. Acts as the pivotal link between field crews and management to optimize workflow and project efficiency. *Please note: This is an independent contractor (****1099****) position, not a full\-time or part\-time employee role.
