Senior Civil/Utility Project Manager – PE **Location:** Austin, TX **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Work Arrangement:** On\-Site Job Summary We are seeking a **Senior Civil/Utility Project Manager with an active Professional Engineer (PE) license** to lead utility engineering and infrastructure projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will have **10\+ years of engineering experience**, including at least **2 years of Project Manager experience within a Utilities Division**, with a strong background in utility project planning, surveying, construction, client management, and project delivery. This position will be responsible for managing projects from planning and scope development through final deliverables while overseeing budgets, schedules, resources, QA/QC, client relationships, and project performance. The role also requires strong **Texas business development experience**, including developing new clients and markets, identifying opportunities, networking, and growing existing accounts.
