Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang \& Company, has an opening for a **Production Manager** based in **McKinney, TX.** This position will lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals. Spang Engineered Solutions designs and manufactures custom inductive components for an array of industries. Our manufacturing locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, and McKinney, TX in the U.S.A., and Xiamen, China. Major responsibilities include managing the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Technician and providing direction to production technicians, setting priorities, planning staffing and schedules, coordinating shop orders, monitoring performance, and resolving production bottlenecks. The role will support low\-volume, new, and technically complex work; investigate process and employee errors; provide training and retraining; qualify technicians on specialized processes; and lead production meetings.
