**We're Hiring: Lead EMS Operations Supervisor** LifeStar Response is looking for a Lead Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team! This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, holding teams accountable, and keeping day\-to\-day operations running smoothly. **What You'll Do** You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and field operations, including: * Tracking attendance, punctuality, call\-offs, and timekeeping issues * Addressing employee concerns such as lateness, dress code, professionalism, and performance * Providing coaching and participating in corrective action * Troubleshooting scheduling and staffing issues * Generating and reviewing operational reports * Conducting fact\-finding and employee investigations * Maintaining uniform inventory and coordinating orders * Managing truck and vehicle logistics between bases * Monitoring Samsara activity and providing driver coaching * Working closely with Operations and HR to resolve employee and operational concerns * Supporting supervisors and employees with day\-to\-day operational needs * Identifying recurring issues and helping develop solutions **What We're Looking For*...
