Some of the primary responsibilities include; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture removal/install and other general maintenance needs. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Two \- three years related experience Travel: 25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday \- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
