Director of Marketing \& Growth **SariDLM, Inc. \| Lake Oswego, Oregon** **Salary: $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience** SariDLM is looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized **Director of Marketing \& Growth** to lead our marketing function and serve as a key driver of revenue growth. We're a small company, which means this isn't a traditional corporate Director of Marketing role. You'll lead and work alongside a small marketing and media team, while remaining actively involved in the work yourself. **You'll set the strategy, lead the team, and roll up your sleeves to help execute.** We're looking for someone who loves that combination. The right person knows when to lead, when to delegate, when to collaborate, and when to jump in and get something done. You can see the big picture—brand, positioning, customer journey, growth, and retention—and translate that vision into clear priorities for your team.
