As a **Territory Sales Manager**, you will develop the Central California Territory, including Bakersfield and Fresno markets, providing market insights and strategic direction to support achievement of goals. We ask that you have the ability to influence customers at both the end\-user and executive levels to lead long\-term growth and understanding of PPG's strategic goals. You will deliver sales and service targets aligned with Regional, Zone, and National goals. You will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager while building relationships with main accounts, including dealerships, regional MSOs, and independent collision centers. This is an individual contributor role, as part of a regional sales team. **Responsibilities** * Achieve annual sales targets, including growth and target goals, while managing costs, receivables, and expenses within plan. * Develop a understanding of customer needs, regional market dynamics, and PPG business strategies. * Increase sales of PPG Refinish products, including paint systems and related materials, through distribution channels. * Manage and strengthen distributor relationships, including sales performance, training, and account management....
