**Title: Project Manager, Level 3** **Location: Remote** **Client: Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), IT Division** **Rate: $75\-$80 per hour** The Railroad Commission of Texas IT Division is seeking a Project Manager (Level 3\) to lead cloud\-based enterprise initiatives, with a focus on moving legacy and mainframe systems to modern COTS and cloud platforms.
