Earn a $75,000–$90,000 base salary, plus performance bonus opportunities, while growing an established water treatment business. Lead a frontline team with premium Kinetico products, an existing customer base, and a company take\-home vehicle. As General Manager of Aon Water Technology, you’ll grow sales, develop employees, and improve installation and service performance. Bring experience leading a customer\-facing business and the technical understanding to guide field teams, evaluate work quality, and resolve operational issues.
