Essential Responsibilities Accounting \& Financial Reporting * Direct and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. * Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. * Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash\-flow reporting. * Analyze financial results and explain significant variances to management. * Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company policies. * Establish and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and other external financial reporting requirements.
