The Procurement Specialist will assist in coordinating the movement of rental products, purchasing, sub\-renting, and transferring equipment as needed. They will support the sales team by providing product availability and pricing while also working closely with vendors. The Procurement Specialist reports to the Strategic Procurement Manager. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain inventory line items in Sage. * Coordinate, follow up on, and confirm physical inventory counts as needed. * Make inventory adjustments and update counts accordingly. * Write and manage purchase orders (POs) and sub\-rentals. * Monitor and respond to purchasing emails daily. * Execute warehouse transfers of rental products. * Monitor and manage our Transfer Dashboard * Work with vendors to obtain product and service information, including pricing, availabi...
