**Pay:** $25–$35 per hour (Depending on Experience) **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** LA/OC Job Description We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on **Demolition Foreman** to lead crews on residential and commercial demolition projects. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), knows how to read construction plans, and can manage crews efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. We need someone who can take charge of a job site, solve problems, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
