Collier Seawall \& Dock is seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Marine Construction \- Service Field Supervisor \& Estimator** to oversee field operations, inspect waterfront properties, prepare project estimates, and manage marine construction and repair projects from initial site visit through completion. The ideal candidate has practical knowledge of boat lifts, docks, seawalls, and waterfront construction, along with strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and estimating skills. This individual will coordinate field crews, manage materials and equipment, maintain project schedules, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
