The Regional Director is responsible for direct oversight of the Region’s Stores, Selling Center locations and Cross Dock locations including growth effectiveness, efficiency, profitability, and market share. S/He develops business, financial, and operational plans for all Stores in the Region (including budget, advertising, staffing, training, quality assurance, regional expansion, etc.) S/He assists each District/General Manager (DM/GM) in the Region to maximize each Store’s total performance as measured by the standards adopted by the Company. This position is based in the Northeast market area, travel is expected throughout the region.
