**Job Summary** Capital Tequila is an emerging tequila brand expanding its presence in Texas. We are looking for a motivated, relationship\-driven **On\-Premise Sales \& Market Development Representative** to help grow the brand in the Austin and San Antonio markets. The primary focus of this role will be developing relationships with **bars, restaurants, hotels, beverage managers, bartenders, and hospitality groups**, securing new on\-premise placements, supporting tastings and activations, and helping build awareness and demand for Capital Tequila. This is a part\-time, contract, on\-the\-road position with a flexible schedule. We are especially interested in candidates who already have relationships within the Austin or San Antonio hospitality and spirits community. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop new on\-premise accounts, primarily bars, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups. * Present Capital Tequila to owners, beverage directors, bar managers, bartenders, and other decision\-makers. * Secure new placements, including back\-bar placements, cocktail menu opportunities, tequila lists, and other account opportunities. * Build and maintain relationships with exis...
