### **Overview** NextPlay Recruitment is hiring a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist for our internal team. In this full\-time remote position, you own how NextPlay shows up online: our social channels, our email outreach, our website content, and the campaigns that bring employers and job seekers to us. This is a role for someone who has run marketing for a business before and can set the plan as well as carry it out. You decide what we publish, measure what works, and keep improving the results. ### **What You'll Do** * Build and run the social media plan across LinkedIn and other channels, from content calendar to published post * Write and design posts, graphics, and short videos that promote open roles and our recruiting services * Plan and send email campaigns to employers and candidates * Keep website pages and content current, clear, and easy to find in search * Set up and manage paid campaigns on social and job platforms * Track reach, engagement, leads, and applications, and report on what the numbers show * Respond to comments and messages and keep the brand voice consistent everywhere ### **What We're Looking For** * Experience running digital marketing or so...
