Description: The primary responsibility of the Level 2 Staff PT is to ensure patients receive optimal physical therapy treatment at True Sports to achieve their goals. This role supports a sports\-focused caseload through effective evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and consistent progress monitoring. **Success in this position means delivering evidence\-informed care that restores function, reduces pain, and supports injury prevention.
