**About Us** We are a fast\-growing commercial and residential construction trades company with 7–9 offices across multiple states, with multiple legal entities and plans for continued expansion. Specializing in commercial and residential remodeling. **About the Position** We are looking for a Controller we can trust completely with our accounting department: someone who takes full ownership of the numbers, leads the team, and builds the systems we need to scale. This is a hands\-on leadership role. You will be fully capable of doing every core accounting function yourself, including general ledger, reconciliations, month\-end close, consolidated reporting, payroll, and tax compliance. You will also manage and develop our bookkeeper, who reports directly to you. Modernizing the department matters just as much. Our current systems and processes were built for a smaller company, and we plan to keep growing. You will evaluate what we have, decide what to keep, fix, or replace, and put in place accounting systems, controls, and automation, including practical use of AI, spreadsheets and controls that will scale with the business.
