We represent models, actors, and content creators ages 4 and up and are expanding our operations. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong marketing, sales, and relationship\-building skills to help grow the agency and create new opportunities for our talent. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Talent Recruitment \& Relations** * Recruit new talent, conduct introductory calls, and guide qualified candidates through the signing process. * Maintain communication with represented talent and keep the roster engaged. **Booking** * Find paid modeling, acting, commercial, promotional, and entertainment opportunities for represented talent. * Build client relationships, pitch talent, follow up on opportunities, and help secure bookings. **Marketing, Media \& Public Relations** * Help manage social media, website content, promotional campaigns, and creative content. * Generate leads through social media, email, networking, referrals, and other marketing channels. * Research potential clients, brands, casting professionals, event org...
