Overview: **Schedule:** Primarily daytime hours with some nighttime activity based on operational needs **Travel:** Regular travel between account locations using a company vehicle **Language Requirement:** Bilingual in English and Spanish### **Position Summary** Velociti Services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee janitorial operations for one client account with nearly 100 locations and approximately 50 employees. This position is responsible for maintaining service quality, supporting employees, managing staffing and schedules, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands\-on leader who can manage multiple locations, communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and respond to changing operational needs.
