**IT and Systems Support Specialist** Simi Valley, CA \| Full\-time \| MF 8:00 AM5:00 PM **Job Summary** August Roofing and Solar is in the middle of the biggest technology shift in the company's history. We've just rolled out a new CRM, a field service management platform, and AI tools, alongside a stack of new processes. We need someone to own the day\-to\-day technology support that keeps all of it running and keeps our team actually using it. This is a hands\-on IT support role first. You're the person people come to when the laptop won't connect, the iPad needs setting up, or someone can't find the right screen in the CRM. Beyond that, you'll help us get real adoption out of the systems we've invested in: building out the platforms, writing the SOPs, and training the office and field teams. If you're early in your IT career and want a seat at the table while a company modernizes, this is a good one. You won't be ticket number 40 in a queue. You'll be the person who decides how this stuff works here.
