We’re looking for a motivated, self\-directed content specialist to build a comprehensive help system for an established legal accounting product. This role will take a product with limited existing instructional content and transform it into a well\-organized, user\-friendly knowledge base that helps customers confidently understand and use the software. The ideal candidate understands how to structure and develop effective help content and is comfortable independently researching complex product functionality, learning through hands\-on exploration, and collaborating with product subject matter experts to fill knowledge gaps. Because the product supports legal accounting and billing workflows, experience with accounting, billing, or financial software is a significant advantage.
