Description

The MSRB is seeking a hands\-on Manager of Software Development to lead a team of application developers and quality assurance engineers while actively contributing to software design and development. This role provides technical leadership across custom applications, off\-the\-shelf solutions, and cloud services, with a strong focus on AWS cloud\-native development, software quality, CI/CD, and architecture standards. The manager will lead the team, support employee growth, maintain and improve existing applications, and ensure development practices align with MSRB policies, enterprise architecture standards, technology delivery processes, and Regulation SCI requirements.
