**Position Summary** The Logistics Manager – HTLS owns all inbound and outbound freight supporting WeldFit's HTLS services operation. This is a newly created position intended to centralize the logistics function that is currently handled across multiple people and locations. The role is accountable for sourcing and awarding freight competitively, executing freight transactions correctly in Syteline, and reducing WeldFit's total freight spend against defined annual targets. The position reports into Procurement for strategic direction, category management, and cost performance, and works day to day alongside the HTLS service operations team. Success in this role requires operating effectively in both settings – close enough to operations to anticipate job requirements, and independent enough to hold the line on cost and process. Scope is initially limited to HTLS services.
