We are immediately hiring a , **KiTchen Manager /Porter Supervisor** * Position type: Full\-time, Contract * Duration: 2\+ months (Possible temp to perm) * Location: *Brownsville*, *TX* 78521 * Shift: M\-F, normal office hours. * Pay rate: 40\-45/hr As a **KiTchen Manager /Porter Supervisor**, you will: * Conduct on\-hand inventories and place orders for all concept areas of culinary food services * Receive and inspect deliveries from vendors daily * Set and enforce standards for ordering and receiving operations * Maintain accurate inventory records for all departmental areas * Create awareness among kitchen teams regarding inaccuracies in product deliveries * Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure optimal product and vendor selection * Monitor and track departmental spending by vendor * Reconcile invoices and submit purchase orders for food and equipment vendors * Manage porters to provide site support, handle food deliveries, and maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas * Support events and operations by moving equipment, setting up, and resetting event spaces * Move equipment to and from the warehouse to meet site needs * Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and attendance ...
