**Job Summary**: The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Metron’s Louisville manufacturing facility. This is a single\-site, autonomous role supporting a manufacturing environment that includes production, warehousing, engineering, R\&D, and office spaces. The Facilities Manager serves as the sole on\-site facilities resource and is expected to operate with a high degree of independence. This position operates without a facilities support structure; the incumbent is expected to function as the subject matter expert and work independently with minimal supervision. A critical near\-term priority for this role is leading the relocation of Metron's production facility from the current site to a new building. The Facilities Manager will serve as the primary on\-site project manager for this transition, coordinating across internal stakeholders, contractors, equipment vendors, and leadership to ensure the move is executed safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
