Meta is seeking a construction professional to join our design, engineering, and construction organization as a Preconstruction Manager, Leased. The Preconstruction Manager, Leased will work closely with DEC leadership and delivery teams to both negotiate leases and manage leased data center projects from design kick\-off through to break\-ground on site and contract execution. The Preconstruction Manager will be experienced with procurement, budgets, scheduling, constructability, and negotiation of large\-scale, mission\-critical data center projects. ### **Preconstruction Manager, Leased \- Data Center Design, Engineering, and Construction Responsibilities:** * Responsible to negotiate and influence fast\-paced lease negotiations with data center developers with an appropriate balance of risk, cost, and schedule * Responsible for the successful execution of large\-scale commercial agreements with external partners from design kick\-off through construction start, including coordination of multiple team inputs, evaluation and allocation of risk, and incorporation of commercially responsible terms into construction contracts.
