Job Summary: The Lead Buyer \- Equipment leads tool and rental equipment procurement and coordinates ongoing rental activities in support of project teams and field operations. This position manages tool buyers and rental coordinators, establishes priorities, monitors workloads and service levels, and provides guidance and issue resolution. The role also oversees the procurement of job\-specific tools, supplier pricing, purchase orders, delivery commitments, rental requests, and equipment scheduling to help ensure tools and equipment are available when needed.
