Job Summary: 9 years experience as a Commercial PM – focused on mechanical trades The ideal candidate has strong General Contracting experience and a proven track record managing all MEP disciplines — Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical — through multiple phases of commercial construction. * Ground up and Renovation * Medical Center, Behavioral Health unit, Higher Education, K\-12, 200K sqft Data Center (handed the precon \& estimating for the data center) * Project costs up to $104M * Experience with MEP commissioning, inspections, owner training, project turnover, and closeout documentation * Software Experience: Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Navisworks Manage/Freedom, BIM 360, Procore, SAP, PlanGrid, AutoCAD, On\-Screen Takeoff Key Responsibilities: Manage MEP projects from planning and preconstruction through final closeout Coordinate Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical scopes Lead procurement, subcontractor coordination, and vendor management Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and costs Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Oversee MEP construction and ensure quality, schedule, and budget requirements are me...
