Overview: The Regional Executive Director is responsible for all fiscal management, financial development and overall operation of multiple branches in accordance with policies, procedures and standards set by the YMCA of San Diego County. The Regional Executive Director will be responsible for multiple branches, but not limited to staff and volunteer management, supervision, fiscal management, program development, operations, branch promotion, quality assurance, Annual Campaign, and branch events as assigned. The Regional Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across three East County branch locations: McGrath Family YMCA, Cameron Family YMCA, and John A. Davis Family YMCA.
