**POSITION SUMMARY** The Soho Diner General Manager has exceptional communication and guest service skills. As a member of the overall management team; they are on the front line with communicating directly to guest and Team Members (TMs). As a key figure of the management team; you have the ability to enhance guest experiences but also are instrumental in the development of a positive and hospitality driven staff culture. Responsible for managing and guiding the service experience at Soho Diner. This requires a detailed grasp of all steps of service, complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items we serve. The GM directly oversees and ensures that the quality of service exceeds expectations,and is required to ensure the proper execution of all aspects of our beverage program, room service, as well as all food being delivered to all guests meet specifications.
